As described here, at the moment it is possible to add backlinks transitively if you go from children to parents tags. Why not the other way around through a toggle of some kind? This is related to my other feature requests Allow templates for templates/inheriting slots from added slots and Arbitrary number of breadcrumbs in tags , but I’m wondering why these features seem to be so hidden and inconsistent. Is it simply lack of dev time or some more fundamental problem with the way rem are arranged internally? Should I make this an another feature request?
